Even though these areas often overlap, it is easier to organize content in this way. Here we will share thoughts and ideas we have developed in our business as well as some we have learned from agents across the country; ideas that have boosted us to a designation known as International President's Premier. This designation sets us apart as being in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally.

Practicing real estate in San Francisco, one of the better and often more challenging markets, it has given us a chance to be associated with some of the best Realtors in the industry and to learn from our peers.
